2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We offer the following subscription durations:

  • 1-month subscription
  • 3-month subscription
  • 6-month subscription
  • 12-month subscription

Each subscription provides continuous access to our services for the selected duration.

3. HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular delivery of our signals and content. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you selected when you purchased your subscription.

3.1 Payment Processing

  • Your payment details will be stored securely by our certified payment partners
  • We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information
  • You will be charged at the time of purchase for your selected subscription period
  • All payments are processed in EUR (Euros)

3.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel
  • You will be charged automatically using your stored payment method
  • Renewal occurs on the day your current subscription period ends
  • You will receive a reminder email before each renewal

4. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

5. PRICING

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros) and include applicable VAT where required
  • Prices are clearly shown before you complete your purchase
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
  • We will notify all customers via email when price changes occur. New prices will take effect 30 days after notification. Renewals occurring before the 30-day period will use the old price; renewals after will use the new price.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Navigating to your account settings and then "Subscription management"
  • Click on the button “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation 

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will not lose access to our services immediately. This will happen automatically once you have used up the remaining days for which you have paid. 

7. VIEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

You can view your subscription information at any time by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Navigating to "Subscription management" in your account settings
  • Viewing your "Next Order or Upcoming Order" date (your next renewal date)
  • Checking your subscription status and duration

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a subscription renewal payment fails:

1.    We will attempt to process the payment multiple times over several days

2.    You will be notified via email about the failed payment

3.    Your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed

4.    If payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts, your subscription will be cancelled

5.    You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid

9. SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS

You cannot modify or change your subscription plan mid-period. If you wish to change to a different product subscription:

1.     Cancel your current subscription

2.   Wait for the current period to expire naturally, OR

3.   Purchase a new product subscription immediately (but you will be charged for both overlapping periods)

10. NO REFUNDS

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details. Key points:

  • No refunds are given for any reason, including cancellation
  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
  • This applies to all subscription durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription and access if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • You redistribute our signals without authorization
  • We determine your account poses a security risk

No refunds will be issued if we terminate your account for violations.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Purchase and Cancellation Policy at any time. If we make material changes:

1.    We will notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect

2.    The updated policy will be published on our website with a "Last Updated" date

3.    Changes become effective 30 days after notification

4.    Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Purchase and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from purchases or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PURCHASE AND CANCELLATION POLICY. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTO-RENEW UNLESS YOU CANCEL
  • IF YOU CANCEL, YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND FOR REMAINING TIME
  • TO USE YOUR FULL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU SHOULD CANCEL THE DAY BEFORE RENEWAL
  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
