This Refund Policy governs all refund requests for purchases made through SignalsForTrading. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any purchases once access to the service has been granted.

SignalsForTrading operates a strict no-refund policy for all purchases of our digital services, including forex trading signals, educational materials, subscriptions, and access to our platform.

2. NATURE OF DIGITAL SERVICE

Our service provides immediate access to digital content, including:

  • Real-time educational forex trading signals
  • Educational materials and market analysis
  • Members-only content and resources

Once access is granted, the digital content is immediately delivered and cannot be "returned" or "taken back," which is why refunds are not possible.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - WAIVER FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

IMPORTANT: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content when performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

3.1 Express Consent and Waiver

Before completing your purchase, you are required to check a mandatory acknowledgment box stating:

3.2 Legal Effect of Waiver

By checking this box and completing your purchase, you:

1.    Expressly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content and services

2.    Acknowledge and accept that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access is provided

3.    Understand that the service begins immediately upon purchase confirmation

4.    Waive your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund under EU consumer protection law

This waiver is legally binding and valid under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

3.3 Other Jurisdictions

For customers outside the European Union, different consumer protection laws may apply in your jurisdiction. However, by completing your purchase and accessing our digital services immediately, you agree to waive any applicable withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund rights permitted under your local consumer protection laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Withdrawal rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • Cooling-off periods under various national consumer protection laws
  • Any statutory rights that can be waived by express agreement

Where local laws prohibit the waiver of certain consumer rights, those mandatory protections shall remain in effect, but all other rights are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. REASONS FOR NO REFUND POLICY

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Immediate Digital Delivery: Our service provides instant access to digital content that cannot be returned once accessed
  • Time-Sensitive Information: Trading signals are time-sensitive information that loses its value once delivered
  • Express Waiver: You have explicitly requested immediate access and waived your right of withdrawal
  • Content Accessibility: Educational signals, materials and analysis are immediately accessible and cannot be "unread"
  • Service Nature: The intangible nature of digital signals and information makes refunds impractical and unfair

5. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the service after purchase
  • Lack of trading success, losses incurred from trading, or unprofitable results
  • Misunderstanding of the service, signals, or educational materials provided
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connection problems, device compatibility, user error, etc.)
  • Failure to read, understand, or follow our Terms of Service, Risk Disclosures, or educational materials
  • Claims that signals were inaccurate, late, or did not meet your expectations
  • Non-use of the service during your subscription period for any reason
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality, frequency, or performance of signals
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Market conditions, volatility, or unforeseen trading circumstances
  • Forgotten cancellation of subscription renewal

6. SUBSCRIPTION NON-REFUNDABLE

If you have purchased a subscription for any duration (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month):

1.    You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing

2.    You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period

3.    No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused time in your current billing period

4.    Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid

Example

If you purchase a monthly subscription on January 1st for €47 and cancel on January 15th, you will continue to have access until January 31st. You will NOT receive a refund for the period between January 15th and January 31st. The full amount of €47 remains non-refundable.

7. TECHNICAL ISSUES

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or continuous availability
  • That all signals will be delivered without any delay
  • That the website and the tools provided will be completely error-free at all times

7.2 No Refunds for Technical Issues

Technical difficulties, service interruptions, website downtime, or delayed signals do NOT entitle you to a refund. However:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible
  • In case of extended outages (more than 48 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period as a goodwill gesture
  • Any service extensions are granted as a courtesy only and do not constitute an admission of liability or create any future obligation

8. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole and absolute discretion. These circumstances are strictly limited to:

  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a clear payment processing error on our platform
  • Unauthorized Renewal: You were charged after properly cancelling your subscription before the renewal date (with proof of cancellation)
  • Unauthorized Transaction: Charges made to your account due to a security breach directly on our platform (not including compromised user credentials)

8.1 Refund Request Process

If you believe, you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances:

1.    Contact our support team at support@signalsfortrading.com within 7 days of the charge

2.    Provide detailed information about the issue with supporting documentation

3.    Allow us 10 business days to investigate your claim

4.    Accept that the final decision rests entirely with us

Important: Even in these exceptional cases, refunds are NOT guaranteed and will be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

WARNING: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate purchase is considered fraudulent activity and a serious violation of our Terms of Service.

9.1 Consequences of Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase:

1.    Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated

2.    All access to our services and content will be immediately revoked

3.    We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount plus all associated fees, costs, and damages

4.    You will be permanently banned from any future use of our services

5.    Your information may be reported to fraud prevention services and credit agencies

6.    We may pursue collection activities for any amounts owed

9.2 Proper Dispute Resolution

If you have a legitimate billing concern or dispute, you MUST:

  • Contact our support team FIRST at support@signalsfortrading.com before initiating any chargeback
  • Provide clear details of the issue with all relevant documentation
  • Allow us a reasonable time (10 business days) to investigate and respond
  • Only file a chargeback as an absolute last resort for truly unauthorized charges

We take chargebacks very seriously and will vigorously defend against illegitimate claims.

10. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES

We make absolutely no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding:

  • Trading performance or profitability from using our signals
  • Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of signals or analysis
  • Any specific financial results or outcomes
  • Future performance based on past results

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that any losses incurred are solely your responsibility. Poor trading results or financial losses do NOT qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes:

1.    We will notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect

2.    The updated policy will be published on our website with a "Last Updated" date

3.    Changes become effective 30 days after notification

4.    Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
