How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Sign in with your email address and you will receive a code via email. Enter this code to successfully sign in.
Which subscription is best for me?
We believe that the Gold subscription would best meet your needs, since it automates the execution of all signals based on your predefined criteria. Not sure yet? We offer a 7-day free trial! Email us to request your free trial access.
What is a signal?
A signal is a SELL or BUY order with an entry and take profit price.
How many notifications will I receive per day?
The number of notifications per day is not fixed. Our algorithms will detect and issue a notification depending on the market conditions. For more information, please refer to our trading stats page.
When I will be able to use your services?
No matter which subscription plan you choose, you will have access to our services almost instantly once your purchase has been completed successfully. To enjoy our services faster, please follow the instructions sent to you immediately after your purchase. Depending on your subscription, the initial setup from your side can take between 5 and 20 minutes.
Do you have access to my computer?
Absolutely not. We have no access to your computer, your personal files, or any other private information on your devices. Digital privacy and security are paramount; any data is only provided to you and you maintain complete and exclusive control over your own hardware and trading environment at all times.

How do I join your Telegram channel?
Once you have purchased a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join our exclusive Telegram channels.
What if I don't have Telegram?
Telegram is a free messaging app that works on all devices. Download it from the App Store, Google Play or Telegram.org. Once installed, follow the instructions you received from us.
Can I share the Telegram signals with others?
Yes, you can share the signals with other people verbally.
Do I need to create a bot if I want to trade manually?
No, the bot is optional. However, it provides the full Gold value with automated execution.
What if BotFather says my bot username is taken?
Try adding numbers or underscores. Examples: mytrader_bot, trader2024_bot, johnsmith_trading_bot
Is my bot token safe? Should I share it?
Never share your bot token. You only submit your bot username to our website, not the token.
Will my bot work 24/7?
Yes, as long your computer and your trading platform is up and running! Your bot operates continuously and executes signals even when you're not using Telegram.
What's the difference between my personal username and bot username?
Your personal username receives signals and notifications. Your bot username executes trades automatically on your behalf (Gold subscription is required).
Why am I not able to send messages on the Telegram channel?
We have disabled public messaging on our Telegram channel primarily to protect our members from impersonators and scammers who might attempt to imitate our signals.
By keeping the channel strictly for our official broadcasts, we ensure that:
- Signal Integrity: You can be 100% certain that every trade setup or update you see comes directly from our authorized team.
- Spam Prevention: We want to keep the channel clean and focused on high-quality trading data, avoiding the noise of advertisements, spam bots, or off-topic discussions.
- Member Privacy: In a public chat, scammers often harvest usernames to send unsolicited private messages. Disabling public posting protects your privacy and prevents you from being targeted by third parties.
Is there a community/chat where we can comment and interact with other traders?
Yes! We are currently working on developing a dedicated, secure community platform or chat area for our members. We understand the value of connecting with fellow traders to share insights and discuss strategies, and we aim to launch this feature soon. Please keep an eye on your email and our main website announcements for updates on when the community will be available!
Trading
Which trading platforms do you support?
If you have a Gold subscription, you can use our service to automatically place orders on the MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader trading platforms. If you have a Premium subscription, our signals include all the information you need to manually place trades on any platform.
Do you provide automated trading?
Yes, we provide automation. If you have a Gold subscription, all signals received on Telegram will be automatically executed on one of the supported trading platforms: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader.
What markets do you cover?
Currently, we are providing signals for the EUR/USD pair.
What is your Stop Loss?
To avoid imposing arbitrary restrictions on your trading, we leave stop-loss placement entirely to your discretion. Stop-loss levels are highly subjective and depend on your individual risk-per-trade settings. By determining your own exits, you can better align our signals with your specific financial goals and the current volatility of the currency pair. Every trader has a different account balance and risk tolerance; therefore, we encourage you to set your own stop-loss based on your personal strategy and risk management.
What is your Lot Size when executing orders?
Providing a fixed lot size would be counterproductive to our educational mission. We do not specify the lot size in our signals because this figure depends entirely on your personal risk management strategy and account size. You should calculate the correct lot size after determining your individual stop-loss level. By leaving this variable open, we give you the flexibility to manage your exposure, ensuring that our signals do not impose a 'one-size-fits-all' restriction on your capital.
Why are you not including swaps in your statistics?
We provide signals based on predicted price movements to Take Profit (TP) points. Our 6+ years of trade statistics show that the price will go to the take profit point. Swaps (or overnight interest rates) are variable charges or credits applied when a trading position is held open overnight, and they can differ significantly based on factors outside our direct control. Here is a further explanation of why we've chosen to exclude them:
- Broker and Account Variation: Each broker might have different types of swaps, and they can be different depending on your trading account's main currency. A signal that generates a small positive return with one broker might incur a negative return with another due to swap fees.
- Focus on Price Action: Our statistics focus solely on the raw pips/points moved by the currency pair as per our signal logic, providing a consistent metric regardless of the broker used.
Ultimately, managing the impact of swaps is a personal decision that falls under the trader's individual risk management and choice of broker. We provide the raw signal data, giving you the flexibility to decide what suits your setup best.
Are you aware of my trading account information?
No, we are not aware at all of your trading activities, trading account, or the trading broker you are using. Our service is solely to provide forex signals based on our market analysis. We do not have any connection, access, or visibility into your personal trading accounts. Your trading activity remains completely private and secure between you, your broker, and yourself.
Can I use your service for my live trading account?
Our service is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not support or endorse the use of our signals on a live trading account, and we strongly recommend you practice robust risk management at all times. We do not encourage, and take no responsibility for any losses incurred when using our signals with a live trading account. The signals we provide are a tool to help you learn market analysis and practice strategy formulation in a risk-free environment, such as a demo account. The decision to risk real capital in the volatile forex market rests entirely with the individual trader.

Do you have referral and reward program?

By creating an account and having an active subscription, you can earn points/store credits for various activities on our site, such as referrals. These points/store credits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases from you —the more points/store credits you collect, the more you save!
Who can join this program?
Anyone with an account and with an active subscription is automatically enrolled in the program.
How do I earn points/store credits?
You can earn points/store credits by referring a friend.
How do I redeem my points/store credits?
For New Purchases:
When you make a new purchase for a subscription, you can redeem your store credits during the checkout process:
- Select your desired subscription plan
- Proceed to checkout
- Your available store credits will be displayed
- Choose to apply your credits to reduce the purchase price
- Pay the remaining balance (if any)
For Active Subscriptions:
If you already have an active subscription and want to use your store credits to reduce your next billing cycle payment, then please reach out to us at support@signalsfortrading.com and provide:
- Your account email address
- The amount of store credits you wish to apply
- Confirmation that you want credits applied to your next renewal
Due to technical limitations, our support team will manually apply the credits, and the relevant amount will be deducted from your next billing cycle.
Is there a limit to the number of points/store credits I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to referrals which are not yet finalized.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if your friend cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Can you give some redemption examples?
Example 1 - New Purchase: You have €15 in store credits and want to purchase a 1-month subscription for €47. During checkout, you apply your €15 store credits. You pay €32, and your store credit balance becomes €0.
Example 2 - Active Subscription Manual Application: You have an active 3-month subscription that renews on February 15th for €126,90. You have €20 in store credits. You email us at support@signalsfortrading.com a few days before 15th of February (we consider only working days) requesting to apply your credits. Our support manually applies them. On February 15th, you will be automatically charged €106.90 instead of €126.90.
Example 3 – More Store Credits than the actual subscription price: You referred ten friends. All of them chose a subscription and paid successfully. You will earn €5 × 10 = €50 in store credits. Each of your friend earns €3. You have an active monthly (or whatever) subscription that renews on February 15th for €47. You email us at support@signalsfortrading.com a few days before 15th of February (we consider only working days) requesting to apply your credits. Our support manually applies them. On February 15th, you will be NOT charged because you had €50 in stored credits - €47 monthly subscription = 3€ store credits.
