This Reward Policy explains how our referral program works, how you can earn store credits, and the terms and conditions that apply. By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. REFERRAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our referral program rewards you for introducing new customers to SignalsForTrading. When your friends purchase a subscription using your referral link, both you and your friend receive store credits that can be used toward future purchases.

2. HOW IT WORKS

Reward Structure:

  • Your Friend Receives: €3 in store credits when they complete their first purchase
  • You Receive: €5 in store credits when your friend completes their first purchase

2.1 Step-by-Step Process

1.    Get Your Referral Link: Log into your account and navigate to the referral section to obtain your unique referral link

2.    Share Your Link: Share your referral link with friends, family, or contacts who might be interested in

3.    Friend Clicks Link: Your friend clicks on your referral link and visits our store and register.

4.    Friend Makes Purchase: Your friend completes a purchase for any subscription plan (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month)

5.    Credits Issued: Once the purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, store credits are automatically added to both accounts

3. STORE CREDITS DETAILS

3.1 Credit Value

  • Referred friend receives: €3 in store credits
  • Referrer (you) receives: €5 in store credits
  • Store credits have monetary value of €1 = 1 credit
  • Credits can only be used on our platform for subscription purchases

3.2 Credit Validity

All store credits will be kept in your account until your account exists in our system. Credits do not expire as long as you maintain an active account with us.

However, credits will be forfeited if:

  • Your account is closed or deleted at your request
  • Your account is terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Your account is suspended for fraudulent activity
  • We discontinue the referral program (with 30 days’ notice to redeem existing credits)

4. HOW TO USE YOUR STORE CREDITS

4.1 For New Purchases

When you make a new purchase for a subscription, you can redeem your store credits during the checkout process:

1.    Select your desired subscription plan

2.    Proceed to checkout

3.    Your available store credits will be displayed

4.    Choose to apply your credits to reduce the purchase price

5.    Pay the remaining balance (if any)

4.2 For Active Subscriptions

If you already have an active subscription and want to use your store credits to reduce your next billing cycle payment, then please reach out to us at support@signalsfortrading.com and provide:

  • Your account email address
  • The amount of store credits you wish to apply
  • Confirmation that you want credits applied to your next renewal

Due to technical limitations, our support team will manually apply the credits, and the relevant amount will be deducted from your next billing cycle.

4.3 Credit Usage Limitations

  • Store credits can only be used for subscription purchases on our store
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Who Can Participate

To participate in the referral program, you must:

  • Have an active account and an active subscription
  • Be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5.2 Referred Friend Requirements

For a referral to qualify:

  • The referred person must be a new customer who has never had an account with us
  • They must complete a purchase using your unique referral link
  • They must complete payment and the transaction must be successfully processed
  • They must not request a refund (please read our Refund Policy) or initiate a chargeback (see Section 7)

6. REFERRAL LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • No limit on the number of friends you can refer
  • One reward per customer: Each new customer can only be referred once (the first referrer gets the credit)
  • No self-referrals: You cannot refer yourself using different email addresses or accounts
  • No existing customers-referrals: You cannot refer an existing customer with an active subscription.
  • Genuine referrals only: Referred customers must be real individuals making legitimate purchases

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND FRAUD

WARNING: We have zero tolerance for fraudulent activity in our referral program.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

  • Self-referrals: Referring yourself using multiple accounts, email addresses, or payment methods
  • Fake accounts: Creating fake accounts or using fake information to generate referrals
  • Chargeback fraud: Making a purchase to earn credits, then filing a chargeback to reverse payment
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, posting spam in forums, or using unethical marketing tactics
  • Gaming the system: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the referral program
  • Misrepresentation: Making false claims about our service to encourage referrals

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If we detect or suspect fraudulent activity or policy violations, we reserve the right to:

1.    Remove all store credits from your account immediately, including both earned and pending credits

2.    Suspend your account temporarily or permanently

3.    Terminate your access to all services without refund

4.    Withhold or reverse any credits that were fraudulently obtained

5.    Pursue legal action to recover losses and damages caused by fraudulent activity

6.    Ban you permanently from future use of our platform and services

7.    Report your activity to relevant authorities and fraud prevention services

7.3 Chargebacks and Refunds

If a referred customer requests a refund or files a chargeback:

  • All credits earned from that referral will be immediately removed from both accounts
  • If credits have already been used, we may deduct the equivalent amount from future credits or suspend the account
  • Repeated patterns of referred customers filing chargebacks will be investigated as potential fraud

8. CREDIT ISSUANCE TIMING

  • Store credits are issued automatically after the referred customer's payment is successfully processed
  • Credits typically appear in your account within 24-48 hours of the purchase
  • If credits do not appear within 72 hours, contact us at support@signalsfortrading.com
  • Credits are only issued for the referred customer's first purchase
  • Subsequent purchases by the same referred customer do not generate additional credits

9. TRACKING YOUR REFERRALS

You can track your referral activity by:

  • Logging into your account  and check the refer a friend icon/dashboard
  • Viewing the referral section to see pending and completed referrals
  • Checking your store credit balance
  • Reviewing referral history and credit transactions

10. MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for referral rewards:

  • The referred customer must purchase any paid subscription (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month)
  • Free trial sign-ups without a purchase do not qualify for rewards
  • The purchase must be completed and payment successfully processed
  • Credits are not issued for cancelled or failed transactions

11. COMBINING CREDITS WITH OTHER OFFERS

  • Store credits can generally be combined with your subscription purchase
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or coupon codes
  • During special promotions, we may temporarily restrict credit usage - such restrictions will be clearly communicated
  • Credits can be used in conjunction with auto-renewal subscriptions

12. CREDIT BALANCE AND ACCOUNT STATUS

12.1 Permanence of Credits

All store credits will be kept in your account and do not expire, provided that:

  • Your account remains active in our system
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not engaged in fraudulent activity
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated

12.2 Checking Your Balance

You can view your current store credit balance at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and check the refer a friend icon/dashboard
  • Viewing the "Store Credits" or "Rewards" section
  • Checking during the checkout process when making a purchase

13. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND CREDITS

If you voluntarily close your account or request account deletion:

  • All unused store credits will be permanently forfeited
  • No cash value or refund will be provided for unused credits
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account before closure
  • This action is final and irreversible

14. MODIFICATIONS TO REFERRAL PROGRAM

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. If we make changes:

1.    We will notify participants via email at least 30 days in advance

2.    Changes may include credit amounts, eligibility requirements, or program terms

3.    Existing earned credits will be honored according to the redemption terms in effect at that time

4.    If we discontinue the program entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice to allow redemption of existing credits

15. ANTI-SPAM AND ETHICAL MARKETING

When promoting your referral link, you must:

  • Only share with people you know or in appropriate contexts where referrals are welcomed
  • Not send unsolicited bulk emails or spam to strangers
  • Not make false or misleading claims about our service or guaranteed results
  • Comply with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Clearly disclose that you may receive a benefit from the referral if required by law
  • Not use paid advertising on search engines or social media with our brand name without written permission

Violations of these marketing guidelines may result in removal of credits and account suspension.

16. REFERRAL LINK RESTRICTIONS

  • Each user receives a unique referral link tied to their account
  • Referral links are for personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred
  • Links must not be modified, shortened, or redirected without authorization
  • We reserve the right to deactivate referral links at any time

17. INVESTIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT

We actively monitor the referral program for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate any referral that appears suspicious or irregular
  • Delay credit issuance pending investigation
  • Review account activity, IP addresses, payment methods, and other data
  • Make final determinations about credit eligibility

Our decisions regarding credit eligibility, fraud detection, and policy enforcement are final and binding.

18. TAX IMPLICATIONS

Store credits may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction:

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards received
  • We do not provide tax advice - consult a tax professional if needed
  • In some jurisdictions, store credits may be considered taxable income

19. CREDIT REDEMPTION EXAMPLES

Example 1 - New Purchase:

You have €15 in store credits and want to purchase a 1-month subscription for €47. During checkout, you apply your €15 store credits. You pay €32, and your store credit balance becomes €0.

Example 2 - Active Subscription Manual Application:

You have an active 3-month subscription that renews on February 15th for €126,90. You have €20 in store credits. You email us at support@signalsfortrading.com a few days before 15th of February (we consider only working days) requesting to apply your credits. Our support manually applies them. On February 15th, you will be automatically charged €106.90 instead of €126.90.

Example 3 – More Store Credits than the actual subscription price:

You referred ten friends. All of them chose a subscription and paid successfully. You will earn €5 × 10 = €50 in store credits. Each of your friend earns €3. You have an active monthly (or whatever) subscription that renews on February 15th for €47. You email us at support@signalsfortrading.com a few days before 15th of February (we consider only working days) requesting to apply your credits. Our support manually applies them. On February 15th, you will be NOT charged because you had €50 in stored credits - €47 monthly subscription = 3€ store credits.

20. PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or given to other accounts
  • Only one referral credit per new customer (cannot re-refer the same person)
  • Referral link must be used for the credit to be tracked - referrals made without the link do not qualify
  • We are not responsible for technical issues that prevent referral tracking

21. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REVOKE

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse participation to any individual or entity
  • Revoke referral privileges from any account at any time
  • Remove credits that were earned through violations of this policy
  • Modify reward amounts or program structure with notice
  • Terminate the entire referral program with 30 days notice

22. NO GUARANTEE OF PROGRAM CONTINUATION

While we currently offer this referral program, we make no guarantee that it will continue indefinitely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at our sole discretion. Changes or discontinuation will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

23. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES

This Reward Policy is supplementary to and must be read in conjunction with:

In case of conflict between this Reward Policy and other policies, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

24. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Reward Policy at any time. If we make material changes:

1.    We will notify participants via email at least 30 days before changes take effect

2.    The updated policy will be published on our website with a "Last Updated" date

3.    Changes become effective 30 days after notification

4.    Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

5.    If you do not accept the changes, you may stop participating but existing credits remain subject to current terms

25. GOVERNING LAW

This Reward Policy is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from this policy or the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
